Eddie Boakye brings to Funding 365 a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked as a commercial, residential and buy-to-let mortgage underwriter for Santander and Mortgage Trust.

Funding 365 Ltd was set up in May 2013 by structured finance experts Michael Strange, Jeff Stolz and Mike Jinn. The company was founded to create a unique bridging finance provider aiming to be the fastest in the market.
In just over one year, the team at Funding 365 has built up a highly diversified portfolio of first and second charge, three - 12 month loans secured against residential buy-to-let, commercial and development properties across England and Wales.
