Claire Gates, Managing Director of Borro, has recently left the asset lender and moved on to a new role at Mastercard.

Claire Gates, who was previously responsible for business performance, revenue generation, profitability and day to day operations at Borro, has moved on to Mastercard this month as its new Group Head Key Issuer.

Claire has had over 10 years’ worth of experience in the financial services sector, where she has worked for companies such as Virgin money, GO City Girl, Bank T and D Consulting, GE Capital, Citibank Europe and American Express Europe.

On Claire’s LinkedIn account, she stated her specialties were “Restructuring and turnarounds; Equity and non equity based partnerships; Joint Ventures; New product launches and new market entries.”
