The need for bond arose due to the lender’s growing business and is set to go live in the next few weeks.
The specialist short term bridging lender who has been operating in the UK for the past three years, announced in August that it had hired Kenneth Hillen - who has worked with Alpha since 2012 - as its new Chairman, in line with its expansion drive.
Mercedez Binning, Managing Director of Alpha Bridging commented at the time, stating “…Alpha is planning to expand its operations considerably over the next 12 months.”
Kenneth added he was looking forward to help the lender “move to the next level.”
As well as having plans to expand the business, Alpha Bridging stamped its mark on the bridging map earlier this year after being shortlisted for the Bridging Newcomer award at this year’s 2014 Bridging & Commercial Awards.
