It has been found that an advisor firm, Stone Arch Financial Limited, ( Co.no- 05472338) has gone into voluntary liquidation on the 16th September after the Directors made a Declaration of Solvency and had the company wound up.
The Gazette noted that all known creditors “have been or will be paid in full”.
The notice put up on The Gazette stated that creditors of the company are required to send their information, including debts and claims as well as information of their solicitors to Tony James Thompson, the appointed liquidator, on or before the 10th October this year.
Resolutions were passed on the 9th September this year.
