The bank, which was acquired by investment firm Alchemy, caters for SMEs and their advisers, asset finance, commercial finance and property finance.
Robert Grigg, Head of Property Finance, leads a team of experts offering creative and customised financial solutions to house-builders and residential developers in London, the South-East and beyond. Loans are typically offered between £3-5 million.
Former Director at the Bank of New York and GMAC Commercial Finance, David Morris will is heading up the specialist team as the Managing Director of Commercial Finance.
David’s team will offer asset-based lending and operate in a boutique-style, its four members collectively hold over 20 years’ of experience in the sector.
Managing Director of Asset Finance, Chris Welch, has 30 years’ experience in the industry.
HTB’s evolution from a limited Fareham-based bank, recognised for bridging lending, to a renowned bank across the UK, has been reflected in its move to new headquarters in central London.
