Pure Commercial has appointed former Welsh rugby international player, Jamie Ringer, to its senior management team, after he has gained extensive commercial finance experience from his own property development projects.
Pure Commercial stated that Jamie is the seventh member of staff to join the firm since launching just 18 months ago.
Jamie’s role will include developing the company’s client base and targeting businesses who are looking for bridging finance and property development loans.
Commenting on the new hire, Ben Lloyd, Director of Pure Commercial Finance welcomed Jamie saying: “Jamie joins Pure at an exciting time. We are still a relatively new company in a competitive marketplace but already funding on average £3.5 million a month and have made significant in-roads in terms of market share.
“Demand for products to finance commercial property purchases and developments have increased and will continue to do so hence us recruiting Jamie with specific knowledge of this sector.”
Jamie added: “I have worked with Ben and his team whilst in my previous role and was impressed by the quality of their customer service and products. The future plans for the company are exciting and I’m delighted to be joining the team and look forward to continuing to build and work on a healthy pipeline of referral business, through our network of intermediaries across the UK."
