In response to client demand, development lender Regentsmead has just revamped its website.

The new website has been worked on for the majority of this year with Wise Marketing, where 80-year-old lender Regentsmead has created a more modern-looking website, based on the demand from its introducer partners.

The site has a heavy focus towards recent case studies, covering a range of different projects, as well as easy links to its own YouTube videos, newsletter and product sheets.

Commenting on the new site, James Bloom of Regenstmead said: “We have listened to our highly-valued introducer partners and hopefully delivered a website that is modern, slick and easy to use.

“We have found that case studies have been particularly in demand and these will form a large part of the new site with new updated projects added regularly. As a leading provider of development finance we hope this is representative of our forward-thinking approach with information easily accessible”

The new site also has a whole page dedicated to its in-office charitable trust, Rosetrees Trust.

Ashley Ilsen of Regentsmead commented: “We have been around for a long time, so it’s great to see continued new ideas and innovations. The website is our company brochure, so we have ensured this leads the way in the market for being informative as well as thought provoking.

“We are eagerly awaiting feedback and further ways to improve, but for now we hope we have produced a site that is informative and exciting.”
