p>For the third year running, the Association of Bridging Professionals (AOBP) is hosting its popular April Forum event. Once again, all AOBP members will have the opportunity to form part of the audience at the much-anticipated Q&A session in its unique cinema setting.

Lenders, brokers, valuers and solicitors are invited to the event as the Association opens its doors to Associates of all membership tiers.

The event is being held at the Soho Hotel on 23 April 2015 from 4pm onwards. There will be a drinks and canapé reception following by the forum which is entitled Old School versus New School and will feature six prominent lenders operating in the short term lending space.

The aim of this particular topic is to get views from lenders who are more established as well as those who are coming into the market as relatively new entrants.

The panellists are as follows:

Matthew Anderson – Fincorp
Andrew Bloom – Masthaven Bridging Finance
Duncan Kreeger – West One Loans
Jonathan Sealey – Hope Capital
Mike Strange – Funding 365
Charles Haresnape – Aldermore Bank

The floor will be open to the audience to ask questions direct to the panel, assisted by host Rob Jupp, AOBP Chairman.

Rob commented: “We always look forward to the April event as it is a chance to gather vital information through the participation of our members. Your questions and comments are what drives our ambitions as an Association and it has never been a more important era for open transparency between all those involved in the short term sector.”

This open discussion format was first introduced by the AOBP in March 2012, in a move to increase transparency within the short term finance sector.
