p>Only a week has passed since voting opened and B&C awards fever is already racing through the industry, including from our main sponsor Blemain Group.
The summer event, to be held at the Hurlingham Club for the second year running, is proud to have the powerhouse behind 2014’s Bridging Lender of the Year as its mainline sponsor.
Commenting on the matter, Gary Bailey Managing Director at Lancashire Mortgage Corporation said: “There have been some fantastic transactions, innovations and developments in the bridging and commercial industry in the past 12 months and the B&C Awards present a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the best talent in the industry.
“The event is looking to be even bigger this year and we’re proud to be the lead sponsor.”

The award’s Tale of Arabia theme will see guests transported to the land of souks and shisha, all complete with magnificent décor and mystical entertainment.
Bridging lender West One Loans will be providing the post-Awards bar.
