p>For the third consecutive year, Omni Capital has been shortlisted for 'Residential Financier of the Year' at the RESI Awards 2015.

The category specifically recognises innovation among lenders providing funding to the UK's residential property sector.

It is a nominated category, and to be shortlisted firms were required to demonstrate an impressive track record of lending throughout 2014 supported by testimonials from independent partners.

The other shortlisted firms are Barclays Real Estate, Royal Bank of Scotland, Investec, Pluto Finance and last year's winner, Urban Exposure.

The winner will be announced at the RESI Awards dinner to be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on 13th May.

Colin Sanders, CEO of Omni Capital, said: "To achieve a shortlisting for this prestigious and sought-after industry award is a small victory in itself.

“The criteria for qualification is rightly quite demanding and clearly intended to recognise firms whose contribution to residential lending is both significant and measurable. I'm particularly pleased by the fact that, once again, a new-generational lender can be seen competing on level terms with some big-name brands. My sincere thanks to everyone who supported us."
