Today’s announcement declared that the lender’s entire issued share capital of 250,000,000 Ordinary Shares have been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s (LSE) market.
B&C previously reported that Shawbrook Bank expected its IPO to raise £90 million in gross proceedings, with 75 million Ordinary Shares at 290p per share. Plans predicted the price of floatation to raise the market capitalisation of the bank to a staggering £725 million
