The software’s inception stemmed from the intention to simplify the process of calculating possible monthly loan repayments costs for short term finance clients.
Users also benefit from receiving regular notifications about product launches and updates.
Alex King, Executive Director at SPF Short Term Finance explained that the launch of the app is part of a much larger initiative to embrace and capitalise on technological advances.
He said: “This is the first stage of the creation of a specialist lending club for approved partners. The aim is to restrict this to only 150 members who will gain access to benefits including exclusive products and higher commission earning capabilities.
“We look forward to developing this further and taking our buying power to the doors of the lenders."
The high-net worth bridging brokerage expects the app to act as a progressive marketing opportunity as its brand is weaved throughout the app’s design.
Earlier this year, SPF Short Term Finance revealed to B&C Distributor that it expects to hit a staggering £150 million worth of bridging completions in 2015.
