< Bridging Finance Solutions has strengthened its team with the appointment of Jeanette Jones.
Jeanette takes on the role of an additional Business Development Manager covering the North West, working with new and existing clients, raising awareness of bridging and the various ways in which it can be used.
With a 30 year career in the mortgage and finance industry, Jeanette has spent the past 10 years running her own mortgage firm, focusing predominantly on the residential sector.
This move will see Jeanette work with customers looking to finance both commercial and residential schemes as well as opportunities with professional firms including solicitors and accountants.
“I was really keen for a change in direction and now is a perfect time to be working with bridging. I’ve worked with BFS in the past and referred them to my own clients so already knew they are a highly credible and professional firm,” said Jeanette.
“Bridging has changed significantly in recent years and is no longer a last choice finance option but a credible main stream solution. Many people are already switched on to this type of finance yet many aren’t aware and are often surprised to learn of the ways in which bridging can be used – raising awareness of this is a key objective in my new role.”
Managing Director of Bridging Finance Solutions, Steve Barber, said he is pleased to be able to welcome Jeanette to the team.
“She is someone that I’ve worked with and admired for many years and her urge to diversify within our industry and explore other areas will undoubtedly benefit our business where I’m sure she’ll be a huge asset.”
Jeanette added that it was good to be working with a growing business that retains its founding principles centre around customer service.
“BFS are an incredibly professional outfit and one of only a small number of FCA regulated bridging firms within the North West – this puts as at a huge advantage and again will be an area that I’ll be promoting.”
