Kevin Beale joins from Santander where he was a Business Development Manager and will be tasked with growing new build volumes as well as new build product developments.
The lender is set to announce the launch of the New Build Desk soon and Kevin will be joined by Sundeep Patel from RBS.
Sundeep, a former BDM at RBS, will be tasked with growing the volumes of Residential and Buy to Let business in the South while also supporting the sales effort across the county.
Both will report to Sales Director Roger Morris who said: “Both Kevin and Sundeep are seasoned professionals and will help the team deliver the best possible service to our intermediaries.”
“We have a lot of product developments lined up as we continue to build our specialist lending proposition.”
