The Spring survey will give brokers a chance to tell the lender their views on what is happening in the market so that it can help meet requirements.
The General Election focuses heavily in the survey as the market waits for the outcome, the lender is asking which party will help businesses and the property market.
The Bank of England base rate is also expected to be a hot topic this year and the UTB is asking when brokers reckon the increase will be implemented.
The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and all recipients will also be entered into UTB’s Best of British draw which gives brokers the chance to win £5,000 worth of British Airways holidays.
