John Nelson will be responsible for leading the invoice finance sales team towards its substantial growth plans over the upcoming years as well as managing key introductory sources.
With 15 years in the asset-based lending industry John has successfully led teams including Lloyds Commercial Finance, GE Capital and Royal Bank of Scotland.
John has expressed his delight at joining Metro Bank SME which he has described as a truly revolutionary organisation.

John will report directly to Director of Metro Bank SME Finance, Richard Saulet, who is delighted to have appointed someone of John’s calibre.

Metro Bank operates retail hours instead of traditional banking hours and is open every day of the year except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
