Jamie joined Precise as National Sales Manager in April last year where he was responsible for primarily building broker relationships for long term BTL and residential mortgages.
His new role as Head of Sales will cover residential and second charge loans and will extend nationwide.
Jamie and Sales Director Roger Morris are currently promoting 3-6 workshops a week across the UK in order to educate brokers on bridging finance and second charge loans and are expected to mentor over 3,000 brokers this year alone.
Jamie stated that they were keen to spread the word and that he was delighted with his new role.
“I am absolutely made up for being recognised for my hard work and overwhelmed they have given me this opportunity,” Jamie commented.
Recently, Precise reshuffled its senior management team, where Roger Morris, Sales Director for residential and buy-to-let mortgages now oversees the second charge loan team.
Previous Director of Second Charge Lending, Simon Carr, also switched to Sales Development Manager.
