Independent broker Adrian Davies was revealed as the lucky winner of an Apple Watch in the latest draw for brokers making client loan enquiries.
Adrian was delighted with his win and said Alternative Bridging always looked for a way to structure a deal and could think outside the box to help a client raise finance.
“I am delighted with my fancy new gadget and look forward to working out how to operate it and looking really cool on the train talking into it!” said Adrian.
“Their staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and certainly know their way around development finance.
“They will not just help get the client the loan but give them some free advice along the way.”
Jonathan Rubins, Chief Executive of Alternative Bridging, said the short term lender had received many responses to the draw including plenty of new broker contacts.
“That was the object, to offer a bit of fun for our existing brokers and hopefully some new ones,” explained Jonathan.
“But the serious point is that what attracts brokers is not really the chance to win a watch – it’s the chance to win the client bespoke property finance in the best time possible, something we have a track record in delivering.”
