The peer-to-peer lender provided the borrower with a £280k loan facility at 75% LTV over a 12-month term at 0.99% per month.
The property entrepreneur needed to completely refurbish the property located in zone 3 and traditional lenders weren’t acting fast enough.
“Our client is a successful property developer with a good track record on similar projects,” said LendInvest.
“After securing the property at auction, our client was let down by another lender before completion.”
LendInvest provided the finance within 12 days with a refinance exit strategy.
