div>Shawbrook Bank has announced a new regional development manager for its commercial mortgages division in the South Central area of England.
Gavin Seaholme has been promoted from business development manager where he was working closely with Shawbrook’s broker partners across the region.
The regional development manager role will see Gavin cover a larger area allowing him to adopt a more hands-on approach to sales activity across the region as well as actively managing and developing Shawbrook’s strategic partner accounts.
Gavin said he was delighted with his new role and looked forward to “stepping up to the plate” to deliver for Shawbrook’s broker partners.
“I’m also grateful to the entire team at Shawbrook - both internal and external - for their support, as we look to grow this market and continue to improve the offering for all our business partners,” said Gavin.
Karen Bennett, Sales and Marketing Director of Commercial Mortgages, said although Gavin only joined in February, he had shown how much could be achieved in such a short space of time.
“He has shown continued dedication and commitment to his role as a Business Development Manager and has contributed to an already busy region for our Commercial Mortgages team,” said Karen.
“We know that rewarding great performance benefits both our internal team members and our external broker partners, and I am confident Gavin’s new role as Regional Development Manager will further strengthen our presence across the South Central area.”
