Adrian joins Shawbrook having worked at HSBC for over 26 years where he held a number of positions in investment property lending and commercial management.
In his new role Adrian will be assessing credit and underwriting investment property lending applications.
Adrian said: “I was attracted to Shawbrook by the fact it is a relatively new, innovative and fast growing bank which prides itself on providing a customer-focused service.
“I’m excited about being part of a more specialist lender and I’m looking forward to seeing the lending market from this different perspective.”
Sarah worked as a mortgage broker for over 10 years and has also worked for property management company DTZ, which recently merged with Cushman & Wakefield.
Sarah said: “Coming from a mortgage broker background, I am excited to see where all the paperwork I previously dealt with ends up.
“I am looking forward to working from the other end of the industry. I chose Shawbrook because of the passion for the industry shown when I met the team for the first time.”
