< Shawbrook Bank welcomed more than 200 brokers to its 4th Annual Broker Partner Day series which was held in Derby and London.
Over the course of two full days, 220 members from the broking community heard the lender deliver a business update, including a look at Shawbrook’s recent performance, growth levels across the bank’s product portfolio, an outlook for the property market and the latest news on product development.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Commercial Mortgages, Stephen Johnson, also looked ahead to future reforms in the buy-to-let market.
Karen Bennett, Sales and Marketing Director of Commercial Mortgages, said the regulatory and commercial pressures on brokers were continually evolving and reassured those assembled that the bank was committed to supporting them throughout the period of change.
“The Partner Day series is an opportunity for us to interact with our brokers on a face-to-face basis, providing deeper insights across our offering and receiving valuable feedback on where we can improve,” said Karen.
“Based on feedback received so far, the 2015 Partner Days have been the most successful to date and I would like to extend my thanks to the 200 plus brokers in attendance.
“The Shawbrook teams found the days hugely valuable, and the opportunity to open our doors even further on all aspects of the commercial business proposition has only served to strengthen our partner relationships.”
