Mitesh Patel is joining as a Credit Analyst and Linda Johnson as a Servicing Manager.
Mark Posniak, Managing Director at Dragonfly, said: “Mitesh and Linda are a great addition to the rapidly expanding team here at Dragonfly.
“Their extensive experience within the financial services industry will serve them well.
“We are putting the pedal to the floor at present, and both of them will further strengthen our service levels and standards, as well as the broader Dragonfly proposition.’’
Mitesh has worked in the financial sector for nine years and joins from Private & Commercial Finance where he was a Senior Recoveries Manager.
Before this he was a Litigation Officer at GE Money.
At Dragonfly, Mitesh will work with the credit and relationships managers to make sure that all cases progress quickly and efficiently.
Mitesh said: “Dragonfly is the kind of business I’ve always wanted to work for: it’s growing quickly, rewards hard work and allows for career progression.
“Under Mark’s leadership, we’re set to go from strength to strength and I’m delighted to be a part of the new Dragonfly era.’’
Linda previously worked as a mortgage and litigation specialist at lender Pepper UK for five years.
Her new role will be to analyse Dragonfly’s systems and processes and make them more efficient and streamlined.
Linda said: “Dragonfly is a dynamic and forward-thinking company that really has raised the bar within alternative property finance.
“It’s already a highly efficient and well-run lender but I’m going to do everything I can to make it an even better one.”
