Patricia Carroll will start the role immediately, and follows an announcement made in August that Glen Lucken would be stepping down as the company’s Group Chief Financial Officer.
Patricia joins on secondment from KPMG where she was an audit partner and worked with a range of financial services and public sector clients.
Permanent TSB has launched a recruitment and selection process to find a full-time appointment to the position.
The group said a further announcement would be made once this process had been finalised.
