Roz Cawood joins as Business Development Manager (BDM) for London and Ginny Warby will provide support as Business Development Executive.
The appointments come as Masthaven looks to strengthen the team following news that it will apply for a banking licence.
Richard Deacon, Sales & Marketing Director at Masthaven Finance, said: “Appointing a dedicated BDM of Roz’s calibre for the London region demonstrates the importance of the capital to Masthaven and complements our national sales team working throughout the rest of the UK.

“Ginny brings great experience from her previous roles in giving support to the entire sales team and will ensure that Masthaven continues to be a market leading lending proposition in the short term market. We are delighted to have them on board.”
Roz joins Masthaven from LendInvest where she was National Sales Manager.
Roz was previously National Account Manager at Precise Mortgages, Head of Business Development at Legal & General Network, Head of Strategic Partners for SPML and she has also worked for Capital Home Loans and The Mortgage Corporation.
Ginny joins from Suit Loans and before that she was a Business Development Executive at Only Bridging.
