David Gagie will step down from his role at the City watchdog prior to joining the challenger bank in the New Year.
David is a Director of MyWorkSearch and a non-executive Director of Payzone.
He has also been an advisory board Director at ING Direct, Managing Director of consumer lending and current accounts at Lloyds Bank, Chairman of Mastercard UK and a Director of Visa UK and Link Ltd.

“He brings extensive banking, financial services and regulatory experience and he will make a major contribution to the continued success of the group."
