The lender’s service level agreement (SLA) for December reveals that it processed a total of 3,863 items during the month, made up of 2,819 term loans and 1,044 short-term loans.
99% of term loan applications were turned around within 72 hours, 86% of short-term applications were dealt with in less than four hours and 100% of short-term applications were processed in under 48 hours.
In the meantime, Pure Law, Shawbrook’s legal partner, revealed that 29% of non-rep refinance term deals were turned around in 10 days and term rep refinance figures processed in less than 10 days improved to 18% from 3% in November.
Karen Bennett, Sales and Marketing Director of Commercial Mortgages at Shawbrook, said it was reassuring to see that the lender’s panel of broker partners and teams finished 2015 in a positive way.
