Alternative Bridging has moved to larger offices to accommodate a growth in business and to cater for a planned staff expansion later this year.

The lender has moved from Finchley in north London to Borehamwood in Hertfordshire having recently announced that it expects its average loan size to increase to £1.5m from £900,000.

Brian Rubins, Managing Director of Alternative Bridging, said: “We are delighted with our new accommodation which has been fully refurbished and equipped to provide both a warm welcome for all our visitors and modern, efficient space with great systems for our employees as we continue to grow the company.

“Many of our staff and investors live outside of London and drive in: we are a small team and we wish to look after everyone and everyone matters so we have found the perfect middle ground for staff and visitors.”
