Emma Lightfoot joins the Bracknell-based specialist lender from Secure Trust Bank where she was marketing manager for the mortgages department.

Emma began her career as a marketing graduate trainee at Northern Rock before holding positions at Zurich and Aon.
She is also fully CeMAP qualified and has worked as a mortgage adviser.
Emma said: “This is a tremendous opportunity to help shape the direction of the business, which has already made huge strides in its first year.
“I am looking forward to the challenges ahead and to providing our sales team and valued partners with the tools to really put FHL on the map in 2016.”
