The Kent-based specialist bridging lender said more brokers are using its services because they have been let down by larger providers who have either pulled out at the last moment or are unable to provide the finance in the clients’ necessary timeframe.

Narinder Khattoare, Sales Director, said Alpha had made a great start to the year.

“The success of our offering is based on not overcomplicating what is basically a very simple process,” said Narinder.

“We look for the value of the security, the viability of the request and the client’s ability to move on to longer term finance, outright sale or full repayment.

“Brokers and their clients love our uncomplicated, customer-centric service. Meeting customer needs is our primary concern and if the deal stacks up, we will move to completion very quickly.”
