During the underwriting process, the Quantum team worked extensively with a number of international counterparties and advisors involved in the lending process.
This was because the borrower was a non-domiciled, non-resident and the properties were held in a complex ownership structure of offshore companies.
Quantum was able to cross-collateralise on additional security and provide the funding required at a 30% LTV.
