p> Zoopla Property Group (ZPG) has invested £1m in four UK property technology firms, including peer-to-peer platform Landbay.


The digital media and lead generation platform said it invested the money and agreed long-term strategic partnerships with Landbay, online mortgage adviser Trussle, property researcher PropertyDetective and online repair reporting platform FixFlo.

The new partnership with Landbay is set to help the lender scale its retail customer base in order to become a scalable mortgage lending business.

Landbay said that the investment will help it become a scalable mortgage lending business.
