Commercial Property Zone At Manchester Expo

Commercial Property Zone At Manchester Expo

.

Mortgage Business Expo Manchester, the leading mortgage show for intermediaries and IFAs based in the North of England, has revealed details of its new Commercial Property Zone, appearing at Manchester for the first time.

Taking place on the 14th and 15th May at Manchester Central (G-MEX), MBE Manchester will house the Commercial Property Finance Zone for those mortgage intermediaries and advisers looking to evaluate the commercial business opportunities available. Delegates will find a large number of the UK’s leading providers of commercial mortgages, commercial investment property loans and property development loans exhibiting at the show.

The focal point of the zone will be the Commercial Property Finance Seminar Theatre, organised by the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB). Four sessions will take place on each day of the exhibition covering the following areas:
• How to make the most of Bridging Finance.
• An introduction to Commercial Finance.
• The correct use of Specialist Commercial Lending.
• How to be a successful Commercial Finance Broker.

Daniel Nwaokolo, Mortgage Business Expo Manchester Show Director, commented:

“After the success of the Commercial Property Finance Zone at last year’s London Expo, we are delighted to be able to bring this new feature to Manchester for the first time. As mortgage intermediaries and IFAs look to diversify and expand into new areas, commercial finance has become a sector that many are turning too. Delegates will now be able to gain clear information and expertise on commercial finance via our exhibitors and through the seminar programme, arranged by the NACFB. There are a number of individual niche sectors in this area and the sessions are designed to provide up-to-date information on product developments, client demand and the ways to maximise the opportunities available. The Commercial Property Finance Zone is a substantial addition to Manchester Expo and we believe delegates will benefit from all the available expertise in order to get the most out of this growing market.”

Adam Tyler, Chief Executive at the NACFB, said:

“We were very impressed by the success of the Commercial Property Zone at the Earls Court Expo in London last November, and we are delighted to be involved in setting up a similar project at the Manchester exhibition. Current market conditions mean more and more brokers are looking to new sources of business and, specifically, writing commercial finance as part of the service they offer their clients. Both the Zone and the seminar programme offer the perfect introduction to anyone thinking of adding commercial finance as a new string to their bow. It also offers more experienced brokers the opportunity to meet new lenders and broaden their portfolios.”

Mortgage Business Expo Manchester will also include two full seminar programmes organised by the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) and the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML). Expo will also include the International Property Investment Pavilion.
