David Bernstein CBE has joined Cogress, the open equity firm for property, as a member of its advisory board.
Cogress believes David will enhance the company’s investment opportunities.

David has also spent time as chairman of Manchester City Football Club and is currently the chairman of fashion chain Ted Baker.

Since its UK launch in October 2014, the company has built a portfolio of 29 UK investments with a gross development value in excess of £500m.
Cogress offers its community of 2,000 qualified investors the opportunity to invest in properties with a value of over £10m for as little as £20,000.
