The conference will be chaired by James Bloom, Chief Executive of Regentsmead, with the event taking place on 19th May.
Representatives from CBRE, Colliers International, Knight Frank and NatWest are expected to be in attendance as experts will cover the main issues currently affecting the property-finance market.
The event will start with a look at the current state of the economy and the potential Brexit impact on the property-finance market.
A speech on interest rates and current property investment appetite will follow before a panel discussion looking at what the high-street and challenger banks are doing.
This will be followed by a look at the funding for commercial development and the opportunities for new and specialist lenders before a look at the landscape for development finance in the UK.
In the afternoon, there will be a look at structuring to minimise tax as well as a speech on finance for residential development before the day concludes with speeches on the latest thinking on joint ventures.
