Chi Ho joins from Aldermore where he was senior underwriter and responsible for establishing bridging propositions and bringing them to market.
Affirmative believe this experience will help extend the opportunities available to Affirmative customers as Chi will work alongside underwriting director Steve Spragg focusing on larger development, residential and commercial deals.
“I had worked with Steve before and the opportunity to link up with him again was a very attractive proposition and once I had met with Gary [Lederberg, Director] and Eugene [Esterkin, Managing Director] and saw their passion and belief in both me and the business, it was an easy decision to make and an excellent time to be involved in the continued growth of the business,” Chi stated.
“I am very much looking forward to working with them and the great team in Manchester.”
Meanwhile, Steve added: “Having worked closely with Chi in recent times, I was entirely confident that his experience and skills would complement both the existing teams, and our business philosophy as a whole.
