In addition to staff members, MFS also saw its lending book and requirement for complex deals increase.
MFS credited the expansion to an unprecedented demand for bridging loans, having funded £13.4m of lending during March.
In the same month, MFS was awarded ‘Fastest Growing Independent Lenders’ at the Asian Voice Political & Public Life Awards.
The firm prides itself on offering incentives and building working relationships with intermediaries, providing fees automatically for repeat business.
