The lender says it has been buoyed further by post-Brexit activity with an increase in new inquiries and loan offers.
This comes after Bridgebank revealed it was managing a pipeline in excess of £60m in June after it launched a new commercial product in March.
Now Bridgebank is looking to increase its personnel resources to cope with the growth and manage the increased level of activity.
The bridging lender is on the lookout for experienced staff in its underwriting and loans processing teams to be based in its Manchester head office or in its London support office, which will be opening soon.
Bridgebank are also looking to boost staff numbers in order to help it with planned new product launches.
