Mortgage packager and distibutor Complete Mortgage and Loan Services (Complete) held another round table event at the Oval. Complete invited mortgage intermediaries to come face to face with the lenders on their panel at the ‘specialist’ event.

were among the lenders present at the round table event, where BDMs were given the opportunity to inform intermediaries on changes to their products and to also advise making proactive changes to the way they do business.

This type of interaction provided the lenders with the opportunity to explain face to face their goals for the future and the status and criteria of many of their products, whilst also supplying brokers with the chance to listen and ask any questions that they had to ensure they can drive business forward.

The event was a specialist event which focussed on expressing the message that brokers in the current market need to diversify and to change the way they run and manage their business to survive in the current climate. By organising this round table event, Complete provided the intermediary market with a rare opportunity to ensure brokers can continue to drive their businesses forward.
