Before her recruitment by LendInvest, Erin was head of HR for EMEA and APAC at Essence, the global digital agency and independent buyer of digital media .
During her time at Essence, Erin oversaw the establishment of several of the agency’s offices in Asia, including Singapore and Tokyo.
Erin has also spent 10 years in a variety of HR-related roles at media and financial services businesses.
At LendInvest, Erin will be responsible for expanding the existing HR framework, and overseeing programmes in recruitment, culture and training.
