Anna O’Connor joins from insurance specialist BGL Group, where she spent seven years, initially working as a business analyst and then as a corporate partnership manager.
In her new role, Anna will be responsible for the day-to-day operations management of the retail savings business and supporting plans to improve customer experience.
"I'm delighted to be joining Aldermore,” Anna said.
“It's a great opportunity to work for a fast growing business and I look forward to supporting the business and our customers."
Aldermore’s 19-strong savings team currently serves more than 120,000 customers across the country.
Simon Healy, managing director for savings at Aldermore, added: "We welcome Anna to the team and believe the experience she brings will be important for Aldermore and our savings team over the coming years."
Anna’s appointment follows the news that Aldermore will no longer be accepting bridging applications from 1st September.
The bank will instead focus on its core mortgage areas.
