The principal lender for short-term commercial and residential loans, as well as development finance, will be holding seminars in Bristol and Birmingham.
The seminars will take place between 9am and 10.30am.
The Bristol event will be staged on Tuesday 27th September 2016, with the one in Birmingham being held on Tuesday 11th October 2016.
Both seminars will take place at the respective cities’ Hotel du Vin.
The speakers will include Jonathan Rubins, chief executive of Alternative Bridging, and Ray Cohen, managing director of Jackson Cohen Compliance.
Ray will speak about regulation and change focusing on both Brexit and the Mortgage Credit Directive.
In addition to Jonathan, Alternative Bridging will also be represented by its regional business development managers for Bristol and Birmingham, Lawrence Burgess and Paul Tromans respectively.
They will provide an update on the types of loans Alternative Bridging offers, how it can work with intermediaries to support their businesses, a review of business post-Brexit and a question-and-answer session.
“As compliance is of major importance to intermediaries in the mortgage market, we hope to clarify some areas which cause real concern,” Jonathan explained.
“Although the seminars will be informal, they will also give us a chance to showcase what we as a business can offer the short-term borrowing market.”
