Bridging lender added to 30 panels

.

According to bridging loan firm, Blemain Group, over the past 12 months its companies have been added to 30 different network’s lending panels.

The firm says its continued willingness to lend across the entire range of client status, from prime through to heavy adverse, is what is most appealing to networks and packagers.

Blemain Group consists of three different companies – Blemain Finance, Cheshire Mortgage Corporation and Lancashire Mortgage Corporation – whose lending activities cover 1st and 2nd charge lending for residential, commercial or semi-commercial purposes.

Each company also offers bridging finance for its respective sector and several niches such as shared ownership and buy to let are also catered for.

Richard Stokes is Director of Product and Provider Development at Mortgage Times, an organisation that recently added Cheshire Mortgage Corporation to their offering. He said: “Cheshire Mortgage Corporation serves a wide variety of niche residential lending requirements and as such they are the ideal panel addition for the current climate, allowing our members to maximise on the opportunities available to them and assist more clients.”

Gary Bailey, Director at Blemain Group said: “We have always been focused on developing our distribution network and providing the right products for a changing market. Despite the difficult conditions our team has continued to work hard, forging business partnerships. As a result we are now working with the largest networks in the industry, allowing greater numbers of brokers to access our products and helping to increase the level of support that we can offer to intermediaries during this challenging period. Additionally, we are always exploring new ways to work with our partners and maximise the benefits of a relationship for both parties.”
