Another bridging firm signs up for Expo 2009

.

Manchester-based short term finance company, Blemain Group, has announced that it has taken two stands at this year's Mortgage Business Expo, taking place at London's Olympia 2 on the 11th and 12th of November.

Blemain Finance and Cheshire Mortgage Corporation will occupy stand D2 and Lancashire Mortgage Corporation will be based on stand A13.

Blemain Group claims that changes in the market mean that it is now the only lender with specific plans for certain types of borrower, and that the Expo is therefore an excellent opportunity to meet with introducers and demonstrate that they still have an option for cases with niche or adverse requirements.

Gary Bailey, Director at Blemain Group said: “Having attended the Mortgage Business Expo for many years we decided that, given our strong commitment to the intermediary sector, it was right that we should continue to support the event by having a significant presence this year.”

Daniel Nwaokolo, Event Director of Mortgage Business Expo, said: “We are very pleased that Blemain Group has chosen to join us at Olympia this year. Despite the difficult economic conditions of the past two years we have assembled an impressive roster of exhibitors including both mainstream and niche lenders, short-term funding providers, lead generators, networks, several key industry bodies and the regulator themselves. It promises to be an excellent event and an absolute must for all finance introducers.”
