Short term lender set to launch the Usain Bolt bridge

.

Athlete Usain Bolt may have already broken the record to become the fastest man in the world, but now Manchester-based bridging lender, Lowry Capital, has unveiled plans to launch a new bridge that aims to break records in completion times.

Launching in January, as industry figures anticipate a busy start to 2010, the bridging product will have a lightning-fast turnaround time – without additional costs or upfront fees.

Available on all types of case, the bridge will even include free title insurance to all borrowers. The product also works in conjunction with the lender’s promise to pay its brokers an extra commission on redemption.

Jonathan Caplan, of Lowry Capital, commented: “Bridging loans are all about providing fast funds and whilst our turnaround time is already very fast, we always aim to go one better and offer as much as we can to our brokers, along with the best possible service to their clients.

“We want to show our commitment to brokers and part of being a trustworthy firm is trying to complete deals as quickly as possible, without charging extra to do it.”

Although the new product won’t be launched until the beginning of next year, the bridging finance firm is offering a special seasonal gift for any brokers that complete a deal before Christmas – two tickets to view a Manchester United game in the lender’s executive box at Old Trafford.
