Merry Christmas from Bridging & Commercial

Merry Christmas from Bridging & Commercial

.

As this is the last newsletter of 2009, Bridging and Commercial would like to thank all of our readers for their continued and overwhelming support during our second year in business.

This year we have grown our readership substantially, having seen over 115,000 visits and over 274,000 page views since the end of 2008. Going into the New Year, we are excited about reporting on all the news and happenings of the industry and look forward to sharing new ideas, features and campaigns with our readers. Things to look out for include brand new sections on the site, such as the bridging lender comparison table, fresh campaigns and a new legal section as well as a ‘wicked whispers’-style feature…

The bridging and commercial finance sectors seem to have survived the worst of the crisis, and with commercial property values climbing slowly but surely and business confidence finally on the rise again, let’s hope that next year will see something of a recovery.

We would like to wish everyone a happy holiday and a well deserved break. May your troubles last as long as your New Year’s resolutions and may we begin 2010 with a positive attitude.

Once again, thanks to everyone and we’ll see you next year. Our first newsletter will return on Tuesday the 5th of January.
