Bridging and short term lender, Link Lending Limited has appointed Matt Smith to the newly created role of underwriting manager. Reporting to Andy Coles (Link Lending’s risk director), Matt’s day to day duties include managing a team of underwriters and assessing the company’s risk at the time of loan origination.
Matt Smith joins Link Lending from Money Partners Limited where he was loans manager. Prior to this, Matt worked for igroup (GE Money) and has been in the specialist mortgage industry for 13 years.
