Bridging loans company GB Finance has introduced a new online case tracking system which gives brokers 24/7access to the status of their client’s applications.

Registered brokers now have the ability to obtain immediate access to the progress of their cases, day or night, on any day of the week. The system also allows the brokers to correspond with their case manager at GB in real-time.

Paul Edwards, GB’s Sales Director said “In this current climate, it has never been more important that a bridging loan application is processed quickly and efficiently. Speed is of the essence with each new loan and by giving registered brokers access to an online case tracking system they will be able to monitor the progress of a case and keep on top of any outstanding information.
