EXCLUSIVE: Drawbridge Finance Launches

.

The specialist short and medium term lender, Drawbridge Finance has finally put an end to industry whispers and announced its official launch via a selected number of key partners as of today.

Although Drawbridge Finance originally opened its doors for business in April 2009, it was to a select small number of partners. Despite the limited distribution, the firm’s CEO, Jonathan Samuels, revealed that Drawbridge lent over £100 million during this period, adding that the company had the financial capacity to lend “multiples of this”.

However, following the success and appetite for its products, Drawbridge has now decided to extend its enhanced range of products to a wider audience. The new product range includes residential bridging loans and commercial bridging loans, as well as buy-to-let, HMO and refurbishment loans.

Mark Posniak, Head of Marketing and Operations, said: “After weeks of careful preparation, we are delighted to announce our official launch. Following extensive research and feedback, we have designed a number of propositions, which we believe offer great solutions for our clients.

“We are launching with a number of bespoke products which are not limited to standard bridging loans. Our range also includes Buy to Let, HMO and refurbishment loans.

“Following the success of our business since we started off on a small scale in April 2009, we are delighted to announce we have selected 35 exclusive partners to distribute our products. The range of products are designed to be ultra flexible with many different servicing and deferment options available.”

Mr Samuels added: “Drawbridge Finance is our response to borrowers who want market leading rates, and introducers who want generous commissions. We are a company that cares about our customers as people.  That is why you will always speak to a decision maker.”
