Blemain Group, the Manchester based lender, is delighted to announce the appointment of Anis Waiz to the new role of Group Legal Director.

Anis has been based in the North West throughout his career and is well known and respected amongst the region’s legal professionals. He has held posts at international legal services firm DLA Piper, and more recently at niche commercial property specialists Field Cunningham & Co. He brings to Blemain Group a strong network of legal services contacts and over 20 years of commercial litigation and financial sector experience.

Anis is a specialist in mortgage litigation and has worked on a number of high profile cases. In his role as Group Legal Director he will manage liaisons with external firms and provide legal direction across all areas of Group activity.
